Our system allows you the freedom to decide what to publish publicly and what to hide. We strongly advise all our Users to provide only the information that they wish to display publicly, since all information added to their websites is visible, online, worldwide

3. What kind of personal information do we process?

For Visitors, we gather non-identifying personal information, for example, your IP address to understand where our visitors come from, referring websites, to understand which sources are generating traffic to our website, type os web browser, to understand which browsers our visitors use or even language, to also analyze which languages our visitors speak. We use tracking services from Google Analytics and to follow up with facebook promotions or AddThis shares 

For all Users, in addition to the above non-identifying personal information, we retrieve their provided First Name, Last Name and Email Address. When a User signs up using a Social Media Network, we also collect their identification number with such network.

4. How do we store this information?

We store this information internally in our Server and Database. We do not share access to this information to any third party organization, except for our Development team (Nirmalya Labs, based in Bhubhaneswar, India) and our internal employees and advisors for the purposes of improving our system and testing our applications. 

5. How do we share this information?

We share this information internally with our CRM and Survey Service providers (Mailchimp, AgileCRM, Zoho, Surveymonkey) through their APIs, .csv or other manual uploading services that they provide. We also share this information through our backend tool, which has limited access to our team and Nirmalya Labs exclusively.

We also share this information with our payment processors (Stripe, Paypal) through their APIs and Hosted Pages in order to identify which users have access to certain features of our Website Creator

6. What other information do we gather?

Since we are a website creator, our goal is to allow people to display their information online. We collect and publicly display all the information provided by each User to add it to their website. This information can be any part of their physical address, telephone number, other websites, Services, Certifications, Licenses, spoken languages, Social Media links

7. How do other Users handle the personal information that they gather through their websites created with

By default, our users have access to this standard Privacy Policy and they are able to replicate it in it's entirety in their website, and they are therefore consenting to use and access personal information of others through the same means as we do, and incurring in the same responsabilities as we do. Our users are also able to edit, change or customize their Privacy Policy according to their internal processes and procedures. We don't have access to our User's internal systems, processes or data centers, and therefore we are not responsible for how they handle the information collected through any of their websites

8. How can I delete my information?

If you wish to delete or hide any part of your personal information, you only need to delete it from your Website or select the appropriate feature to hide it. It is that simple. We also offer you the service of deleting your website entirely. In this case, we will not keep a copy of your records or the information added to your website. We strongly suggest that you keep an internal copy of any information that you wish to delete, because there will not be a copy in our Servers after you delete it.

9. Will you contact me in the future?

If you are only visiting our website, we will not collect your personal information and we will not contact you

If you register to become a user, we will collect your name and email address in order to notify you of any substantial changes in our processes, updates to our policies or terms and conditions. You can always choose to delete your website completely if you are not in agreement with our acceptable terms of use and policies. You can also opt-in to receive our Newsletters and communications which include useful tips on how to improve your website, introduction of new features and important news

We also contact all our users from time to time to send out Surveys to understand if our service needs enhancements or requires updates or additional features

We will also contact you whenever you send us an email or a request through our contact forms, in order to answer your request or specific email. We will not retain a copy of such email unless you expressely allow us to do so.

Please note that when you create a website you are making your information available and visible to the public and you must understand the extent of this responsability. Customers and Prospects will be able to reach you, but so will providers and any other person.
